The top player in the Midlands for the 2023 cycle, Monteque Rhames, DE Sumter, released his Top 8 on his favorites liset.

The 6-foot-6, 240-pounder included Coastal Carolina, NC State, FSU, Virginia Tech, Georgia, Michigan, UCF, and South Carolina in the group.
