I am excited to announce that SCVARSITY.COM through Football in the Midlands in partnership with WACH FOX 57 will be selecting the MR. FOOTBALL in the MIDLANDS for the 2019 season.
Coaches have been sent nomination forms to nominate one of their players for the award. Every coach in the Midlands will be sent a ballot with all candidates on it and every coach will be asked to vote for three players on the list in order of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd.
This award is based on impact as a player not only on their team but in the Midlands, stats, leadership, and off-field persona.
All finalists will be listed in the FOOTBALL IN THE MIDLANDS publication, as well as on SCVARSITY.COM. The top three finalists will be invited to the awards presentation to be done on WACH FOX 57 LIVE with Jim Baxter and Mike Uva. Winners will be named from 2nd runner up to 1st runner up to the 2019 MR. FOOTBALL in the MIDLANDS winner.
