The 2022 high school footballs eason is officially underway and here are the top performers from around the Midlands. Remember, all Friday Night Feats submissions are eligible for the two Player of the Week Awards from SCVarsity.

- Kamadi Maxwell, WR, Lexington – had eight catches for 203 yards and two scores in loss to West Florence.
- Taiden Mines, QB, Lexington – 18-of-30 for 248 yards and two touchdowns in loss to West Florence.
- Conner Clamp, LB, River Bluff – 3 tackles and 1 Intercption over Lugoff-Elgin
- Donald Tomlin, QB, Ridge View – was 11-of-18 for 153 yards and 2 TDs in 21-7 win over Blythewood
- Lane Heldreth, River Bluff – 5 tackles, 2 for loss and 1.5 sacks over Lugoff-Elgin
- AJ Brand, QB, Irmo – 8 of 13 for 142 yds, 1 TD. 6 rushes, 56 yds and 2 TDs in win over Chapin
- Cam McMillon, QB, Fairfield-Central – 15 of 22 for 272 yds and 5 TDs in win over Carvers Bay.
- Cooper Johns, RB, River Bluff – rushed 16 times for 113 yds and 3 touchdeowns over Lugoff-Elgin
- Parker Murray, QB, River Bluff – 9 of 15 for 153 yds and 2 TDs in win over Lugoff-Elgin
- Stephen Collier, WR/DB, River Bluff -3 receptiosn for 84yds and 1 TD, 3 solo tackles on defense and 79 return yards in win over Lugoff-Elgin
