2019 TOP TEN RUNNING BACKS
The Class of 2019 is strong at the top in the running back rankings. I believe all five of the top five can play at the Division IA level, and at the very least FCS ball. There is still a LOT of running back film to be watched so don’t be surprised if this list changes a little when we release our final rankings this Summer.
Michael Dukes has been on the scene and on the radar since his sophomore season and this past year he rushed for close to 1, 800 yards for the Canes. Following him is a guy we’ve been watching since his freshman season as a Viking and Zykamren Robinson has not let us down. the big back has two offers on the table already and is the big-bodied back that a lot of the schools are going to. Tiyon Evans and Keshaw Wicks (Hartsville and Berkeley respectfully) are two guys that can get it done in space. Evans can navigate traffic and Wicks is a slasher who transitions well in traffic and has breakaway speed. The number five guy is the sleeper in the group, Zach Doe of John Paul II; this kid is a horse in terms of strength and while he has the power to move a pile, he can slide through traffic and breakaway with the best of them.
Here’s a look at those guys and the rest of the SCVARSITY 2019 TOP TEN RUNNING BACKS
